Summer Music Camp Policies & Fee Schedule

Services Provided

There will be a set number of music lessons per week at an agreed upon time. The student will login via Zoom, using the link provided by the instructor. This is not a school and therefore is not restricted under such standards.

Attendance Policies

  1. The student must be on time and fully prepared for the lesson. Students must provide their own instrument. Other materials may be required and will be stated at a previous session.
  2. In order to keep a structured schedule, we schedule each child for the same time each week. Some flexibility is allotted for exceptional circumstances.
  3. If a student misses a previously set lesson for any reason on the part of the student, that lesson will be made up by logging in and viewing the updates posted on the course message board. (A missed session will not be deducted from the program rates.)
  4. Instructors hold the right to cancel services at any time if the second party does not meet this agreement.

Medical Addendum

The instructor will not be held responsible for any injuries acquired by the student during the lesson due to the student’s own actions.

Dress Code

Please be considerate that these are classes and students should wear class-appropriate attire. Please wear attire that is appropriate to wear in an academic setting (i.e. in front of a teacher / classmates).

Please dress modestly
  • T-shirts, shorts, and tank tops are all acceptable, so long as the neckline is appropriate.
  • If you have a very low neckline, please wear a camisole / tank top / shirt underneath.
  • If you are wearing a short skirt/dress, please wear shorts underneath.
Please Wear Proper Undergarments
  • Please make sure your undergarments are hidden beneath your clothing (not exposed).
  • Girls: If you are maturing, please wear the appropriate undergarment underneath your top or dress.
NO pajamas or robes, please
  • Please wear clothing that would be appropriate to wear outside / to school.
NO bathing suits, please
  • If you are just coming in from swimming, please either change or wear clothing over your bathing suit.
  • Girls: Please wear a dress or a shirt + shorts/pants over your bathing suit.
  • Boys: Please wear a shirt. You may wear your swim trunks as shorts so long as they fit at the waist.
NO vulgar or scary clothing, please
  • If you are wearing a graphic tee or artwork on your attire, please be sure that it is clean and positive.

Payment Policies

  1. All Summer Music Camp programs will be paid up front.
  2. There are no refunds.
  3. There are NO deduction of days of any kind. We are trying to keep everyone uniform.
    • If the child has a scheduling conflict, please notify Ms. Elizabeth AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE of the commencement of the program, so she may do her best to make the necessary accommodations for your student. If the student cannot attend the scheduled classes for any reason, they can make up classes by logging into the course message board to view related class media, materials & updates.
  4. Acceptable Payment Methods: Zelle (preferred) & Venmo
    • If sending payment using a method other than Zelle, customer will be asked to pay any additional transaction fees that incur.
  5. An additional $5.00 late fee will be added for each day after the agreed payment dates.
  6. A $35.00 charge will be added for any bounced payments.

  • Each program is six 30-minute sessions. These sessions are highly concentrated with valuable information that students can use to apply to ANY SONG / PERFORMANCE they choose!
  • Spaces are first come, first served.
  • Sessions will be scheduled at a date/time that works for your student. This class time will remain consistent for the program length. We DO take requests and are happy to accommodate your schedule – first come, first served.
  • If your student will be absent due to vacations or special events, 2 weeks advanced notice BEFORE THE PROGRAM BEGINS will allow proper planning so we may schedule around these times, allowing your student to be present for every session. We love to help with scheduling so every student can get the FULL experience!
  • If your student misses a session due to a last minute conflict where notice was not provided, they may make up the content by logging into Music4KidzUSA.com and viewing the related materials on that class page.
Music Summer Camp Program Rates
  • First program = $600
  • Each additional program = $525 ($75 off!)
  • Students registering for 3 programs will also receive a special 30 minute one-on-one! ($100 value)
  • Students registering for 4 programs will also receive a special 60 minute one-on-one! ($200 value – This can also be divided into two 30-minute one-on-ones.)
  • Students registering for ALL 5 programs will also receive a 4-session complimentary one-on-one package! ($400 value)

Zelle (preferred)
  • Zelle can be accessed thru most banking / credit union apps.
  • Many banks have a recurring payments option that you may use to send your payments automatically each month.

  • DO NOT use our phone number when sending your payments. If you do, your payment will not go thru.
